Morrowglass is a modded SMP that runs on Minecraft 1.20.1 and it feels like a cozy fantasy world. There is not a super strict theme. The whole point is to chill and have fun and just vibe with other players.
The server uses a little under 100 mods. A lot of them are for optimization and libraries and configs so the game runs better. The cool part is the fantasy and occult style stuff. There is magic and cool lanterns and new building blocks. There are fun critters you can grab and mess around with. You can even piggyback on other players which looks really funny.
Right now the community is pretty small because the server just opened. Everyone is really friendly and social. The staff are looking for chill players who are 16 or older and who can run around 100 mods on their PC. There is an application to join but it does not take long.
If you want a relaxed fantasy style modded SMP where people just hang out and build and do magic then this server fits that vibe.

This is a long term Minecraft Bedrock realm that is all about chill survival and community. It is vanilla but with a few extras that make it feel more like a little world that you can actually live in.
There is a currency system with NPC shops where you can trade ores and do quests to earn money. You can spend it on special boosts like extra hearts and rare items. Players can also make their own protected shops and trade with each other safely.
People like to team up and build towns or group bases. Those areas can be protected so only your group can get in. The realm has events and challenges too like building contests and optional PvP tournaments so the server always feels fresh.
There is a gravestone addon so when you die your stuff is not gone forever. A gravestone marks the spot so you can go back and pick up your gear.
The community is mostly mature adults. A lot of people have jobs or kids and busy lives so there is no playtime requirement. You can just hop on when you have time and play at your own pace.
The rules are pretty simple. No hacking no griefing no stealing and no random PvP. The focus is on good vibes teamwork and cool builds.

This server is a towny survival smp where you build and grow your own town and play with other people. It feels like a chill place where builders grinders and pvp players can all hang out together.
You can level up skills with mcMMO so the more you play the stronger your character gets. There is a jobs system too so you earn money by doing different tasks instead of just getting free cash. The economy is meant to be fair with no pay to win and no super overpowered crates.
If you like pvp there is a kitpvp arena that is made to be balanced so fights feel more about skill than gear. If you just want to build you can focus on your town and slowly expand it with your friends.
The community is described as chill and respectful so it is made for people who just want to relax and play survival without drama.

This is a semi anarchy raiding survival server that has been running since 2011. It feels really old school and there is almost no staff stuff getting in the way.
You can raid and grief other players and there are no land claims or base protection. Lapis is used like money here. You can set a home and use tpa so you can move around the map and visit people if they accept.
The world is normal vanilla generation and the difficulty is hard. The End gets reset on the first day of every month so it is a bad idea to build a base there. Players can collect spawners too.
There are some rules. You cannot use hacks macros or mods that are not on the permitted list. You also cannot abuse duplication bugs except for TNT rails carpet string and tripwire hooks. You have to listen to admins and mods when they tell you to do something.
Most people who play are from North America but anyone can join. Some players are friendly and helpful and some are pretty toxic because there is not much moderation. If someone is annoying you can use the ignore command on them.
Overall it is a rough server where you have to hide your stuff raid other people and just survive in a hard world with very little protection.
