This server is called The United SMP and it is a semi anarchy world where everything feels kind of unstable in a fun way. You can try to live out those crazy smp dreams and see how long you can last.
There is a starter kit so new players can jump into pvp fast and not feel totally weak. You can team up with friends and try to conquer the server or just run around and cause chaos.
Around the map there are massive builds that have really strong loot and gear. These builds are also used for events and other stuff that is planned so it feels like the world is full of big things to explore.
The server has proximity voice chat so you can talk to people who are near you in game. There are temporary death bans so dying actually matters a lot and makes fights more intense.
The server supports both Java and Bedrock and it runs on version 1.21.10 so a lot of people can join and play together.

This server is called Viking Factions OG and it is all about old school factions and 1.8 style combat but on a modern Minecraft version. It just had a fresh wipe so everyone is starting out at the same time.
The main focus is classic factions with real cannoning and pot pvp that actually takes skill. It uses 1.8 combat mechanics so fights feel fast and competitive. There are ranked duels with ELO if you want to test yourself in more serious pvp.
The server is not pay to win. Ranks are cheap but not overpowered and the perks are cosmetic only. The economy is made to feel balanced and raiding is supposed to be fair so it is built for players who want real competition instead of people buying power.
There are custom dungeons with special loot so you can explore and gear up in different ways. The server also runs KoTH events twice every day so factions have reasons to fight and control areas. There is a sign shop for in game items to help with normal survival and faction life.

This server is called HoneySMP and it feels like a small friendly world where everyone actually knows each other. It is not one of those giant pay to win servers. Instead you can earn stuff like ranks and keys just by playing and grinding.
The whole vibe is about community. At spawn there is a community chest area where people take what they need and leave extra items for others. It really helps new players get started and makes the place feel welcoming.

Astral Swords is a hardcore vanilla SMP where you only get one life and every move feels scary.
I saw players working together and also going solo and both ways look super intense. There are no fancy extras so it is just you and Minecraft and the world trying to kill you.

PeaMC is a pure survival server that feels like old school Minecraft. There is no teleport so you actually walk and explore the world. There are no land claims and no weird plugins in your face so it feels a lot like singleplayer but with other players around.
The server is vanilla style and PvP is allowed so you can still fight people. But there are clear rules about no griefing and no stealing. You cannot destroy other peoples bases or kill their pets or take items from their builds. Spawn killing is not allowed either.
They also ban hacks and exploits and you are not allowed to use destructive PvP like respawn anchors end crystals or minecart PvP because that can wreck builds. So fights are meant to be fair and not just blowing everything up.
Crossplay works between Java and Bedrock on a wide range of versions. You can make teams and invite your friends and build together. The owner and staff are active both in game and in Discord and the community is described as chill and friendly.
