This server is made for people who want a long term survival world with no resets. The main idea is you can work on big projects for years and not worry about everything getting wiped.
There is a permanent SMP that plays almost like vanilla but with claims markets clans and some events. You can trade with other players or just grind and play like singleplayer. Ranks and perks are earned just by playing so you do not have to pay for them.
There is also a hardcore vanilla mode for players who want more challenge but still no grief. They use tools like CoInspect and special world generation. There is a tools and testing area with temporary vanilla style worlds plus a creative plots server where you can test builds and use stuff like litematica.
The world is already a few years into a ten year goal so it feels lived in and permanent. The chat rules are strict about keeping language clean and mostly about Minecraft and gaming. The community has players from around the world and a pretty wide age range and events are pushed by the players and helped by the admins.
From what I can tell this is a chill place if you want a safe long life base and a slow paced grind without griefers and constant resets.

StinkyCraft SMP is a small survival server that is growing. Most days there are a few players on and the owner wants to keep it active for a long time. The world is not going to reset so your builds are meant to stay.
The server is Java 1.21.8 and it updates fast. There is no pay to win stuff so everyone plays fair. You can claim land to protect your bases and also choose to play risky if you want.
There is Simple Voice Chat so you can talk in game if you install the mod but it is not required to join. There are skills with AuraSkills so you can grind levels and unlock special abilities. You can also silk touch mob spawners with SmartSpawners and turn them into farms using a simple menu.
The server has an economy with a custom shop using a gui. There are pets and custom death messages which makes it more fun. You can vote to skip the night and there are daily voting rewards and monthly prizes for the top voter.
There is also a big world map that you can view from the top so you can see the 25000 by 25000 world and explore better. The server is looking for dedicated players who want to leave a mark on a long term world and keep coming back.

This is a really old school factions server that feels like the old days. It runs on Minecraft 1.8.9 and the combat is the classic jitter click style. There are no crazy menus and no huge walls of text when you join. It is just you your faction and the map.
The main thing here is hardcore raiding. People build TNT cannons and blast through obsidian to steal loot. Spawn is a total warzone. There is no safezone at all. When you join you spawn straight into danger. You have to run fast gear up and escape before someone hunts you down.
Trading is done by players using a trade command. You can barter with others to get better gear instead of using some big shop system. The whole server feels very minimalist and simple on purpose.
The rules are also pretty simple. No hacking or cheating because there is an anticheat. No lag machines. Other than that almost everything is allowed. Raiding griefing and even backstabbing are part of the normal gameplay. If you like risky PvP and old factions style this server fits that vibe a lot.

This is a small survival RPG server that is being built by just a couple of people and they have been working on it for a long time. Now they really want to release the survival part soon so they are finally getting more serious about it.
They are working with a developer on custom plugins so the server will not feel like a plain normal survival world. It is not done yet so they are looking for more builders and staff to join and help finish everything.
They also say that when the server is up and running and starts getting donations they want to give that money to staff and builders. So it might turn into a paid chance later on if the server does well.

This is a survival server that feels almost like normal Minecraft but with some extra custom stuff that is made just for this place.
The owner and a small team make their own features and a lot of the textures come from the community so it still looks and feels like Minecraft but more personal.
There are helpful commands and quality of life features so things are easier without turning it into a crazy modpack. They do not spam you with crates or resold cosmetics or other bloat. It is more about quality than just throwing in a bunch of random things.
They use plugins that protect builds and stop griefing and there is simple voice chat and a map style plugin plus logging so staff can see what happened if something goes wrong.
The server runs on version 1.21.11 and the staff and builders are actually the same people who code and create the content so it all fits together well.
