SnowFallSMP is a small semi vanilla server where a bunch of friends just play Minecraft together and hang out. Everyone has different play styles so you see all kinds of stuff happening at once.

Konohaven SMP is a semi vanilla Java server that feels like a small friend group where everyone is welcome. The community is the main focus. People hang out in voice chat and do events and just chill together.
The server runs on hard difficulty but some annoying stuff is turned off like fire tick enderman griefing and phantoms. It has single player sleep so one person can skip the night. There is no fly no teleport commands and no paid ranks. It is mostly vanilla with some quality of life mods and a live map.
There is a diamond based player run shop economy. This season the rules for shops are very relaxed so you can build what you want and charge what you want as long as you stay friendly. If anything gets toxic staff will step in.
They run lots of events and challenges with special rewards like custom hats and funny knockback sticks. There are karaoke nights holiday events and community build projects. There are also custom item and hat models that use a light resource pack but you do not have to use it if you do not want to.

This server is called Bone Voyage MC and it is a pirate themed SMP with RPG style stuff. It is meant to last a long time and the owners already have a year of server time set and plan to add more.
The world is focused on keeping its history. They do not wipe the server so builds and stories stay around. There is a recorded server history so players can see what happened in the past.
