AvalonEarth is a Minecraft earthsmp server where players make nations and fight or live in peace. The world map is scaled 1 to 500 so there is a lot of space to claim land and build cool countries.
The server uses Towny so towns and nations are a big deal. Anyone can start a nation because you get starter money when you join. You do not have to grind first or meet player requirements just to make your own place.
The first season started in September and it built a pretty strong community. Now the second season is running and a lot of new players are joining and creating fresh nations.
There are wars and conflicts for people who like pvp and strategy. But if you do not like fighting you can still live a quiet life and usually stay out of wars and just focus on building and chilling.
The main ways to earn money are jobs farming and fishing and the owners say they plan to add more money making methods soon.

This server is called uSurvive and it feels like a version of Minecraft that went in a different direction but still feels like normal Minecraft. It is survival but the whole thing is built around playing with other people and having fun together.
There is a custom claiming system so you can protect your builds in the overworld and not worry about griefing. It is not the usual golden shovel stuff. You can just focus on building and making cool bases.
There is also a custom dimension called the Abyss. It is like a toxic fungi wasteland with special mobs and outposts. You can fight dangerous enemies there and go for strong loot if you want more challenge and combat.
The server has quests plus custom items and custom mobs so normal survival feels bigger. There are backpacks so you can carry more and there are auctions and quick shops so players can trade and build their own little economy.
Everything is done with plugins and a resource pack so you do not need any mods. The server tries to update to the newest Minecraft version as fast as possible so it stays fresh.

I found this server called BluMoon SMP and it is just a simple vanilla place. It is running Minecraft 1.21.11 and there are no mods at all so it feels like normal Minecraft.
The server is whitelisted so you have to apply on their discord before you can join. That makes it feel more safe and more chill because random people do not just pop in.
The vibe is super relaxing. It is meant for players who just want to hang out and play survival in a calm way. There is a lot of open space on the server so you can pick a spot and build without feeling crowded.

Luminary Falls is a Minecraft survival server that is made for adults. It is a whitelist 18 plus community and the world is meant to last a long time. The people running it have a lot of experience and they want the server to feel cozy and story rich.

This server is called Altitude and it feels like a chill community survival place where people actually stay and play for a long time. It is a survival network that focuses on regular Minecraft with extra features to make things more interesting.
You can claim land to protect your builds so griefers cannot ruin your stuff. There is basic teleport like home and back so you do not spend all day walking. The server uses McMMO so you can level skills while you play and there is also a pet system so you can have your own creature follow you.
