You level up with kills and also get money from kills which you can use to buy things such as better weapons and cars. We have 10 rank to start off with once you reach level 10 you are stuck unless you donate which can allow you to directly rank up higher levels such as 11-15. The reason you might want to donate is because it gives you access to more perks and better weapons to buy.

(Nodus is an example) 7) Do not bug other players for stuff or items. 8) Do not ask for ranks, items, cash, EXP or creative mode.
