Cheese SMP is a semi vanilla survival server that feels pretty chill but still has a lot of stuff to do. The community is active and friendly so it is easy to find people to play with or join a group.
The server runs survival on version 1.21 and higher but it lets players join from a wider version range. It also has full support for Bedrock so Java and Bedrock players can play together.
There are jobs and skills that you can level to earn money and feel your progress. You can do quests and get rewards so it never feels empty. There is an economy with shops and an auction house where players can buy and sell items.
The server has custom enchants and crates so you can get special gear and rewards. There are leaderboards so you can try to be one of the top players. There are teams and clans so you can play with friends and compete together.

Louieland SMP Season 5 is a modded season based server where factions and building are both super important. The world is fresh so everyone starts at the same time and no one is super stacked yet.
The server is built around faction style teams. You can group up with friends claim your land and make alliances or enemies. There is pvp and wars but you can also win with smart defense and good planning instead of only pure fighting.
Building is a big focus here. Players are encouraged to make detailed bases big community builds and really nice looking towns. The world is meant to look cool not just be full of box bases.
The mods are picked to feel close to vanilla but better. There is voice chat for talking in game some biome improvements waystones for getting around and a lifesteal style feature to make combat more intense.
The community vibe is competitive but still respectful. People want epic wars and epic builds but also just to hang out and have fun. Staff are active the server runs stable and there are events and lore to keep the season interesting.
They are looking for active and mature players who can follow the rules read the info and actually stick around for the season.

Ironbark SMP is a hardcore style survival server where every death really matters. It is semi vanilla so the game still feels like normal Minecraft but with some smart changes that make it more intense.
The main thing is the custom deathban system. When you die you get banned for 1 hour and it doubles every time you die again. There is a monthly global reset and if you manage to survive 48 hours the last increase gets cut in half. So staying alive is super important and planning ahead actually matters.
There is mcMMO and some reworks to food and survival. Mushroom stew heals 3 hearts. Cake gives extra absorption hearts for a while plus resistance and has a cooldown. Totems are disabled so you cannot just cheat death with a totem. This makes fights and exploration feel way more scary and fun.
Ranks are based only on playtime and they do not give gameplay advantages. They are just for looks and status so it stays fair. The whole idea of the server is smart survival cooperation and real risk. It is looking for more mature players who like challenge and a strong community.

Stormy Lagoon SMP is a survival world where Java and Bedrock players can play together. It feels like a chill place to just hop on and hang out.
You can join from both Java and Bedrock so it is easy to play with friends no matter what they use. It is a normal SMP style server where you survive and build and explore.
The community talks together on Discord and the owner is easy to reach. If you want a simple crossplay SMP without a lot of extra stuff this server is pretty good.

This is a small Java SMP that feels pretty chill and simple. It is mostly vanilla but with some quality of life mods so it still feels like normal Minecraft.
The world uses old style terrain from before the Caves and Cliffs update but it still has the modern biomes that people are used to. It gives kind of a classic vibe while still feeling updated.
There is voice chat on the server so players can talk while they play. The server owner is 19 and is just finally starting up this SMP.
Right now the Nether and the End are turned off. The Nether is planned to open on 10 January 2026 and the End on 17 January 2026. So players have some time to get set up in the overworld first.
The version is the latest 1.21.11 and the server is hosted in Asia.
