Renegade SMP is a survival Java server that is all about long term community and keeping the same world alive. It is only for players who are 18 or older so the vibe is more chill and mature.
The gameplay is vanilla plus. That means it is basically normal Minecraft but with some quality of life stuff and a few fun plugins. There are no crazy mods and no pay to win stuff.
The world is permanent with no planned resets. So if you like building big bases or long projects this server is made for that. There are shared areas like a shopping district and they want to make a gaming district too so players can trade and play together.

SmokeyMC is a Towny survival server where players build towns and either stay peaceful or go to war with other towns. It feels like a mix of chill smp and town strategy.
The server has playtime based ranks and jobs so you level up just by playing and working. There is mcMMO so skills and progression make your character feel stronger over time.
The world uses custom terrain and there are rtp resource and flat worlds so you do not wreck the main builds when you gather stuff. There is also an online server map so you can see towns and battles from a browser.
You can play on both Java and Bedrock because the server has cross play. Bedrock players join by adding Smoky Peaks as a friend and then join their game. After you get to the hub you click the npc on the right to join the Towny world.
There is optional Discord voice chat for people who like talking and the server says it aims for lag free gameplay. Players can make their own shops and use in game balance for trading. There are also fun monthly server events so the community has stuff to do together.

Rattata SMP is a survival world that is trying really hard to stay as close to vanilla as possible. It was started by a group of friends who just wanted a basic Minecraft server to chill on.
The community is 18 plus and meant for mature players. Both Java and Bedrock players can join which is cool because more people can play together. It is set to hard difficulty so the game actually feels challenging.
There is no teleport command and no weird loot changes or custom world generation. The rules are super simple. Do not grief and use common sense. That is basically it. If you like playing fair and just hanging out this fits well.
The server has a live map so you can see the world from a browser and it uses 33 percent player sleep so not everyone has to sleep at the same time. It is also whitelisted so you have to apply before you can join.

Cozy Corner is a 21 plus Minecraft community that runs a Java 1.21.10 survival server. The server is on season 3 right now and this world only started in September 2025 so it still feels pretty fresh.
The gameplay is survival with some chill quality of life commands like spawn backpack and home so you do not lose your mind walking everywhere. There is a dynmap a shopping district resettable resource quarries community farms and a spawn village where people can make starter houses. There are Vanilla Tweaks datapacks like universal dyeing and unpacking so it still feels close to normal Minecraft but a bit less annoying.
The server has CoreProtect and they do not tolerate griefing or stealing at all so your builds should be safe. There is also an optional voice mod if you like to talk while you play but you do not have to use it.

This is a semi vanilla server that feels like normal Minecraft but with some helpful extra features. It is made for players who just want to relax and play without pay to win stuff.
