Basic Rules (#1)
1.1. Using prohibited cheats or modifications that give you an unfair advantage is unacceptable and will result in penalties.

1.3. It is prohibited to build or post inappropriate content, including sexual or offensive structures, symbols, etc.
1.4. We strongly recommend that you keep your personal information secret and not share it with other players. The server administration is not responsible for the possible consequences of such actions.
1.5. The server administration has the right to apply penalties to rule violators in accordance with the seriousness of the violation.
1.6. We are not responsible for any loss of data or any problems arising from your participation in the game.
1.7 The administration has the right to decide on a subjective basis what is compliance with the regulations and what is not.
1.8 The administration is not obliged to explain why this or that decision was made.
Territorial rules (#2)
2.1 Territorial ownership means territory occupied by one or more players.
2.2 The minimum distance for construction without mutual consent is 200 blocks from the clearly marked boundary of the territory.
2.3 Construction on an unmarked area is not a violation of the rules.
2.4 The owner of the territory is the player who occupied it first.
2.5 Visiting the territory is possible only with the permission of the owner.
2.6 For convenience, the owner of the territory can enter all prohibitions in the book.
2.7 The administration has the right to visit any territory during the performance of official duties.
2.8 If the players’ territory falls within the territory of a city, the city has the right to appropriate this territory to itself.
City rules (#3)
3.1 At least 10 people must live in the city.
3.2 The city must have a main building.
3.3 The city owns the adjacent territory within a radius of 300 blocks from the border of its active area.
3.4 The active area of the city is the area in which the initial internal infrastructure is implemented.
