Although these can form naturally, recent advancements have led to modern prisms that allow the type energy inside to be changed at the user’s whim, dramatically altering the battle scene in the region. This special power is called Prism Shift. However, there have been reports of “prism sickness” from overuse, though this has yet to be fully investigated.
Lemura is a lush, temperate region with a variety of biomes, from mesas to harsh tundras. In the center of the region lies a large tree nestled in a deep crater, radiating all forms of type energy. Researchers do not yet know why this great tree emits so much energy, but they have discovered that it has been part of the region for almost as long as the region itself.
Ancient texts speak of a magical war between Pokémon and humans, leading to the many ruins and lost structures found across the region. However, information regarding these ancient times is very scarce.
Overall, Lemura is a region waiting to be discovered. From its vast history to its modern experiences, there is much to explore.
