This is a Minecraft SMP that is mostly vanilla and feels really cozy and safe. A lot of the players are LGBTQ plus and they really try to be welcoming and inclusive to everyone.
The server is for mature players who are 18 plus and you have to be respectful to other people. It feels like a trust based world where people actually care about the community.
There are a few quality of life things like proximity chat GSit fast leaf decay and no mob griefing so creepers will not ruin your builds. But the gameplay still feels like normal survival.
They use a diamond economy and there is a shopping district kind of like HermitCraft where players can make their own shops. There are also resource worlds that reset about once a month so you can gather stuff without wrecking the main world.
There are weekly events like Survival Games Spleef Build Battles and more so there is usually something fun to do with other players. There is also a whole Game District where players can build mini games and even casinos if they like gambling.
The staff team is friendly and around a lot to answer questions and keep the server non toxic relaxing and safe. Nothing on the server is pay to win and donations only help with server costs.
Right now the server is running on Minecraft Java 1.21.8 and they plan to update to 1.21.10.

Rosedalean SMP is a survival world that feels like a chill hermit style server. It is for players who are 18 and older and you have to apply to join so trolls and griefers get filtered out.
The server has a mix of casual people and more dedicated players. You can make your own base or team up with others and start a faction. Some people go for the strongest team and others just build a cute village with animals. It is up to you how you want to play.
The server runs addons so you do not need to install a bunch of mods. It still feels like vanilla but with some extra stuff. There are community events where players can share ideas and help shape what happens next on the server.
There is simple voice chat so talking with other players is easier. The world uses Terralith style biomes so exploring feels way more interesting. The server has a ticket system so if something goes wrong you can get help fast. There is also a blue map so you can see how the explored world looks.

This is a chill Bedrock realm that feels casual but still has a lot going on. It is not super sweaty and it is not super strict so it is easy to just hop on and play.
The main thing I noticed is the focus on building and lore. They run weekly build competitions so people always have something to work on and show off. Players are encouraged to create their own stories and roleplay that actually affects the realm.
You can start your own city state or just stay peaceful and work on cool builds. If you want more action you can also get into wars with other groups so both builders and pvp players get a chance to shine.
The server stays close to vanilla with only a few tweaks that improve stuff that is already in the base game. There are some rules but they are mostly there to keep the balance between freedom and fun so people can go wild without ruining it for everyone else.

PurpleSMP is a small survival server that feels really relaxed and safe. It runs on the latest versions of Minecraft and is meant for people who just want to build and chill without dealing with jerks.
This server is focused on PvE so fighting other players is off by default. If you really want PvP you can toggle it on for yourself. Land claims protect your builds and every block placed or broken gets logged so griefing can be fixed.
There is mcMMO so you can level up skills like cutting trees faster. You also get PlayerVaults when your inventory is too full and there is a Bluemap so you can see the world like a map website.
The staff logs your joins leaves and deaths and they can restore your inventory if you lose stuff because someone broke the rules. The server also uses a strong anticheat that alerts staff in Discord and can react fast to cheaters.
PurpleSMP started as a friends only server and then opened to the public. The owners say this is a forever world and they do not plan to reset it so long term builds are safe here.

The server wants players who are 16 or older and can be pretty active. It feels like a friendly place where people respect each other and are welcoming to everyone.
The gameplay is survival with some simple mods. There is Simple Voice Chat so you can talk in game. There is Armor Poser so you can mess with armor stands. There is CClaims so you can claim storage. There is also a mod for making shops so people can trade and build up a cool economy.
From what I can tell this server is trying to be a chill and inclusive survival world where people play together for a long time and build up a community over a whole season.
