Create a Dedicated Town when you’ve reached rank 5 [King] or [Queen] which can have up-to a 100×100 Region of land Anywhere in the wilderness you choose.

The overall design for EcoVentureCraft was to avoid limiting what you can do in-game based on donating for simple functions, the entire server is and always will be no-cost for normal functionality.
