CaveMC is a really cool semi anarchy survival server where the whole overworld is underground. There is no normal surface at all. Everything is caves and underground biomes with resources and structures everywhere.
The world is enhanced vanilla with custom generation made by real Minecraft developers. It feels familiar but also super weird and dangerous. Survival is brutal and you have to be very smart to stay alive for long.
Season 2 adds a huge new place called the Wasteland Dimension. It is not just a biome. It is a whole new area with its own custom map and special features.
In the Wasteland you can find brand new powerful gear and explore giant mega structures. These huge builds hide secrets and rare loot so exploring is a big part of the server.
The Wasteland also has its own currency and a new player economy. Trading and fighting over resources is a big deal here.
There is a new spawn that fits the Wasteland theme and helps set the mood when you first join.

This is a casual Bedrock realm that feels really chill but also busy. People here like to build and fight and make up their own stories.
The realm runs weekly build competitions so everyone has a reason to be creative. Players can also create city states and work on them over time. Some people stay peaceful and just build cool stuff. Others use their cities to start wars with each other.
The server tries to stay close to vanilla Minecraft. There are only a few changes to make normal features feel a bit better. Both pvp and building are important here so different play styles can still have fun.

This is a huge modded battle server where they run giant colonial style siege events with like 200 people at once. Everyone gets split into two big teams. One team defends a star fort and the other team attacks it and tries to push them out. You get bases and starter gear so you are not totally lost.
The fights are all about guns cannons artillery trenches cavalry charges and big line battles. The map is fully custom and it feels like a giant war field with important spots to capture and hold. It is meant to be the biggest gun battle ever on this game.
There are around 50 to 60 mods including some custom ones and the staff team is super big and active. They say they are beginner friendly and casual friendly and they listen to feedback. You have to join their discord to get whitelisted and follow the rules from their player handbook so stuff stays fair and fun.
They host 100 to 400 player events every other weekend and they are planning a future 1000 player civilization style event. The server runs on really strong hardware so it can handle tons of people for like 6 hour battles. It is on version 1.21.6 or higher if that changes by the time you join.

This is a town on EarthMC called Belmora and it is in the Australia area. People say it feels really realistic because Australia has giant spiders and Minecraft does too.
