Phantoms can be turned off by going to spawn and mining the lavacasts.

Cheating will result in a permaban, but other than that, there are no strict rules.

3. Is the server pay to win?

No, there is no pay to win on the server.

4. How can banned players be unbanned?

Banned players have an opportunity to be unbanned by mining 100k cobble with a wooden pickaxe in the prison server.

5. Is the chat moderated?

No, the chat is unmoderated and players are not banned for anything they say in the chat.

6. Can I join from Bedrock edition?

Yes, the server is Bedrock compatible so you can join from Bedrock edition.
