Overview

Waychest is a custom-built Minecraft experience that extends vanilla survival mode with an emphasis on exploration and building. It is a hybrid of a public multiplayer server and a private Realm where players start their journey in a shared world that appears to be their own.

Feature Highlights

“Journey” System: Players are placed into their own “Journey” with a random spawn point in a shared survival world, allowing for collaboration with others.
Waychests: Special chests that guide players across the world and reward them for seeking them out.
“Waychest Flight” Minigame: Players can craft an Elytra and engage in an in-world flying minigame to reach Waychests.
Discovery-based Warps: Fast travel between certain blocks by unlocking warp points.
Integrated Region Protection: Waychests create expandable protection areas for blocks and containers.
“Radiance”: Skip the night by gaining a protective effect against surface mob spawns.
Region Maps: Pre-explored maps for easy navigation.
Custom Advancements: Custom mechanics with associated advancements.
No Monetization: No premium perks, donator tiers, or accepted money.
