This server is all about humans versus zombies with both sides controlled by players. Humans try to survive until the time runs out. Zombies try to infect them and wipe everyone out.
Humans can hide in stash spots and set up defenses like sandbags and lasermines. Or they can run around the arenas with pet bats and jetpacks instead of camping. It feels really chaotic but in a fun way.
Zombies get to pick from a bunch of different classes. Each class has its own role like rushing stash spots or leaping around the map. So you have to think about what zombie type helps your team the most.
There is also a grind system with special bot zombies that you can farm. These bots move and jump smartly and when you kill them they drop bundles and powerups. Every month the top mob killers get rewards like VIP and other good prizes.
The server runs weekly events like gaming nights and double rewards. They also do monthly events with leaderboards and top killer stuff so there is always something to play for.

LoungeSMP is a fun and relaxed Java server where people just want to play Minecraft the way they like. The whole point is to make friends build cool stuff and hang out.
The community is really respectful and kind so you do not have to be scared to ask for help or anything you need. There is a claiming system too so you can protect your area and not worry about random people taking over your base.
They allow normal clients like Badlion Lunar and similar ones with their usual mods. But they are very strict about unfair stuff. No x ray or weird vision mods no chunk downloading or seed cracking and no cheats scripts or hacked clients at all. Exploits and any kind of duping are not allowed either.
You also cannot do abusive or aggressive claiming and there is no griefing allowed. No lag machines or cobble monsters no IRL trading or selling and no scamming or exploiting other players. You can only have one main account and one alt and stealing from others is not allowed. The last big rule is just be respectful.
It feels like a simple chill SMP where everyone is trying to have a good time and follow common sense rules.

This server is all about the Temple of Notch map. It is the classic map but a bit griefed so it feels kind of scuffed and funny.
When you join it might look offline in the list but it actually works. You first land in something called the Minekeep Lobby. Then after a short wait you get sent to the Temple of Notch world.
The server feels pretty simple and stable. You just hop on explore the temple and mess around. It is open for new players and seems chill for people who just want to hang out and play this old map together.

Sunset Retreat SMP is a seasonal vanilla plus survival server that is for players who are 18 or older. It is made for people who want a calm place to relax after real life and just enjoy Minecraft in a simple way.
The server is based in the EU so it is really good for European players who want decent ping. It uses a vanilla style but with a few quality of life things like voice chat some extra mob and player heads bedrock compatibility and a world map. It still feels like normal Minecraft just smoother.
The community is whitelisted and only for adults so the vibes are more chill and mature. People there seem friendly and open to meeting new players and making friends. The owners are actually active and they play on the server too so they care about keeping it updated and managed well.
There is a diamond based economy with player run shops. That means players can trade and sell stuff and build their own little shop areas. If you want a relaxed SMP with vanilla gameplay and an adult community this server really feels like a good retreat.

This is a hardcore SMP that tries to feel like those Minecraft civilization experiments people watch but instead it is always open. It is invite only so only people who are already inside can invite new players.
The whole server is made for group play and building up civilizations. You do not just spawn alone. You become part of a clan and a family and your story is connected to the people who came before you and the ones who will join after you.
There are secret tweaks and mechanics that no one explains. There are no guides so you have to pay attention and figure things out yourself. This makes the game feel fresh and rewards players who are dedicated and curious.
Because invites are limited the community feels controlled and it helps keep out trolls. Clans are looking for new members so new players can join a group instead of trying to survive solo on a hardcore world.
