LoungeSMP is a brand new Java survival server that feels like the early days of a world. Everyone is just starting out building little starter bases and exploring together and chat is actually alive.
The server is vanilla plus so it still feels like normal Minecraft but there are a few quality of life things to keep it fun for longer. Nothing crazy and no pay to win stuff.
There is survival on Java 1.21.11 and players are already making towns and opening shops. There are player shops and warps and a simple economy with custom jobs so you can earn money in different ways.
You can claim land so your builds stay safe and you can just chill while you build. People talk in chat and also hang out in voice chat so it feels like a real community instead of a giant empty server.
If you want a relaxed place to build and hang out and not grind on some huge server that feels dead this server is made for that.

This is a survival server that feels like one of those Hermit style worlds where people actually care about what they build. It is Vanilla plus so it stays close to normal Minecraft but still tries to feel a little bit special.
The server is focused on creativity and teamwork. Players are encouraged to work together on projects and let their ideas shape the world. It is not just random chaos. People who join are supposed to actually matter and be part of the direction of the server.
The community is for players who are 16 or older so it aims to be a bit more mature. It is still chill though. The world is the first world of this server so everything still feels fresh.
Both Java and Bedrock players can join because the server supports crossplay. That means more people can play together without worrying about which edition they own.

This server is called WesterCraft and it is all about a Game of Thrones style world. It is a modded Java SMP with a big focus on roleplay and story.
The server has a hand made map based on Westeros. There are places like the North the Riverlands and Dorne and they all feel like they were torn up by wars. You explore and try to claim land for your house.
The cool part is the political system. Power is something you earn. You lead a house and try to keep influence and stability and royal favor. Other players can plot against you and there is a lot of scheming and drama.
They are looking for builders who want to make big castles and cities. They also want lore writers who like to write history and plots and staff to help run events and keep things fair.
The server is whitelist only so they want a small focused community instead of random people. It sounds like a place for players who want deep roleplay and long stories instead of quick games.

This server is called Vanillacraft and it is made for people who want a simple Minecraft survival world without a bunch of crazy plugins. It feels like normal Minecraft but with other people. There are no big GUI shops or pay to win ranks and there is not even a server store.
The world is semi vanilla because they do use Coreprotect and staff to stop griefing. There is no land protection so you can build wherever you like but the staff watch the server and help keep builds safe. The players are really friendly and they like new people.
The economy is fully run by players. People make their own shops and there is a market district where you can buy a lot of different items. There is also a community spawn with farms and other useful stuff if you want a little headstart.
There are no teleport commands here so if you want to travel you use the nether roof or an elytra like in normal survival. The server just started a new season after about six months on the old world so new players can join in with a fresh start.
The community is pretty tight and you will usually see the same people online. It feels more like a small survival world where you can actually get to know other players instead of a giant hub server.

GraspatjeSMP is a simple vanilla plus style server that is made just to have fun. It stays open all the time and only restarts every six hours for a few seconds so you can basically play whenever you want.
The world is meant to last a long time and there are no resets planned right now. The owner might reset the outer end islands later in the game but nothing crazy like big events. It runs on Fabric 1.21.10 and will update to 1.21.11 or 26.1 soon.
The rules are pretty straightforward. You cannot kill players within about 100 blocks of spawn so there is no spawn killing. Griefing and stealing are allowed so it is a good idea to hide your base and build far away. Hacking and exploits are not allowed. Stuff like full bright and cave maps is fine but no freecam unless you are just making content and not using it to cheat and no hacked clients.
Java players can join and the owner wants bedrock players to try to join too and say if it works. Moderation is taken seriously and saying you did not know the rules will not save you. It feels like a survival server where you are free to do what you want but you still have to think before you act.
