Invictus SMP is a semi vanilla survival server that has been running since 2020 and it is now on Season 11. It is a community driven SMP with hard mode and extra mob leveling so it feels more challenging but still fun.
The server has a seasonal style. The world border slowly expands and the map resets every season which usually lasts around 6 to 8 months. It feels like a fresh start without losing the long term community.
There are custom plugins but it is not cluttered. It has things like a live web map so you can see how the world grows and player stats to track what everyone is doing. There are small vanilla friendly tweaks for quality of life and stuff like brewery, fishing competitions and other community events.
Invictus focuses on having a chill but active player base. They want players who are over 18 or at least act mature. You are not allowed to use hacks x ray baritone or exploits and you have to follow the server rules. This is a chill survival server on Java 1.21.11 that is hosted in the UK and it is online all the time so it is really good for UK and Europe players.
The server is 16 plus and a lot of the players are 21 plus. There are around 20 to 25 active players who just like to hang out and play Minecraft together.
The world is split into big themed areas. There is Sol with an ancient style with Aztec and Egypt builds. There is Greenland with an underground theme. There is Extora with sci fi and magic. There is Latvia with a medieval style. There is Metrovia which is like a modern city. There is also an Asian area with temple style builds.
The goal is to make huge immersive environments in each theme. Players build together and make the world look really cool.
The rules are pretty simple. There are no claims but also no griefing and no PVP. The server has no plans to reset the world. There are some gamerule changes and plugins but it still feels close to vanilla and there is no teleport or home command.
You do need a voice chat mod to join because they use voice chat a lot. If that sounds fun you fill out an application and wait for a reply.

Minearchy is a survival server that feels like an actual world and not just a quick map. It runs on Java 1.21.11 and you do not need any mods to join. The server has grief protection and shops so you can keep your stuff safe and still trade with other players.
There is a full survival SMP with player warps and auctions and a balanced economy. You can level up skills with mcMMO and use a live map to see the world while you explore. There are daily and weekly quests plus special events so there is always something to do instead of just mining all day.

OrianaMC is a survival server that feels upgraded in a cool way. It is still Minecraft survival but with more stuff to work for and more ways to feel like you are actually growing on the server.
You can build your own town and even create a kingdom. As you play you rise in power and it is meant to feel chill not super sweaty. The community wants a relaxed place where people can hang out and slowly build up their progress.
There are jobs and skills instead of admin shops. You pick a skill and then you earn money by doing tasks like mining or farming. Your skills are how you pay for things so playing the game is what gives you cash.
Monsters can drop special fragments and cores sometimes. You trade those in to get something called a Rubedite. Then you use Rubedites to buy items that have custom textures and that can get enchantments stronger than normal vanilla ones.
The server has more than ten in game ranks you can unlock just by playing. Each new rank costs more and is harder to get so it rewards people who stay and keep grinding with cooler perks.
There are also gemstones auctions events and other features that keep things from getting boring. Overall OrianaMC looks like a relaxed survival server where you slowly build towns kingdoms and your own power over time.

This server is called CinderCivs and it is a vanilla plus geopolitical roleplay world. It has been running for over two years without a reset so everything players build and every war or treaty actually stays and matters.
The world has a special map with a big claimable area that will not reset. Outside that there is a larger map that gets reset on big updates so people can explore and mine new stuff. There is a one to one nether and there are faster railways and pathways plus some custom crafting that helps builders.
Elytra are banned so players make real infrastructure like roads and rail lines instead of just flying over everything. There is also a plugin made for roleplay so nations and characters feel more official.
Players form nations that can go to war make alliances trade and do diplomacy. Each nation has its own style of government and power structure so there are different ways to get influence. Some nations have been around since the start and still shape what new players see when they join.
