Welcome to PokeMC!We are a Survival Multiplayer Pixelmon server, currently running the latest Pixelmon Reforged version on Minecraft 1.12.2.

We formed and maintained a strong player community from day one, and are constantly working to develop new custom plugins, maps, and other unique features! Our goal is to create a welcoming and immersive world for our players to enjoy, and hopefully feel at home.

There are daily staff hosted events and minigames, as well as games that you can play at your leisure, and server-wide tournaments you can enter. We have an excellent staff who do a fantastic job at moderating and working together to run the server.

We support a healthy economy that will NEVER be pay to win. Earn your riches by catching Pokemon, running a player shop, breeding competitive Pokemon, running your own gym, and many more possibilities!

Handmade Maps

Our own Build Team has created two beautiful regions for you to explore: Our custom region Astrellus, and a recreation of the Kanto map inspired by both the games and anime.

The Wild is where you can make your home, the map is 16,000 x 16,000 blocks with room to expand in the future. These regions are perfect for you to shop, catch Pokemon, and train your teams!

Additionally, we have a Nether, Ultra Space, and Resource World that reset on a monthly basis.

Etheria: Void Wars is a custom-built extraction minigame. The basic gameplay loop consists of matches that contain enemies, loot, and other players for you to interact with and then either perish and lose your items or extract and stash them.Up to 16 players spawn in separate rooms and scour the map for loot while competing with each other, various monsters, and the map itself. Amalthea is a trading-focused Minecraft server with few rules. It is based on ideas from land claim servers, anarchy servers and civ servers but it doesn’t fall within any of these categories. The mechanics of the server aim to disincentivize PvP, and incentivize cooperation while also allowing for a lone-wolf playstyle for those that prefer it. Griefing is discouraged but completely allowed. With the exception of our land claims plugin, there are no other commands that you need to learn but there are quite a few unique mechanics as the server runs about 12 custom made plugins.=========== Server rules:* No cheating/hacking/exploiting/DoSing/DDoSing. * No doxing. * No botting. * No spamming or advertising unrelated to the server. * No bypassing the /ignore command. * No using claims to surround other players, their builds and/or their claims. * No real life threats.=============== Server mechanics:* Fully reworked PvP system. PvP skills are not really required to win a fight, the main determinant is how far each player is from their base. You could win a fight near your base without even clicking. * Land claims. (GriefPrevention) * Block breaking and crafting recipes have a chance to fail and you need to keep practicing to reduce it and be more efficient. The game is effectively more grindy than vanilla Minecraft, and materials will be more rare than in vanilla. * Trading chests for item exchanges. *In-game explanation of server mechanics and rules in the form of chat tips that you’ll periodically receive until you acknowledge them. * Mending gets consumed to reset the repair cost of items but may randomly cause one of the other enchantments on the item to lose one level. * Anti-lag system that freezes the AI of mobs, reduces spawn rates, culls big herds and breaks redstone machanisms to keep TPS high, without admin intervention. Our intention is to automatically moderate player bahaviour based on server TPS and not have to go around and tell players what they are allowed to do and what they are not. * Anti-cheat. (we own two of them and we’ll be testing which one is better) * Right click with empty hand to sit on stairs. * Shrines: curse your enemies and/or get blessings for yourself by offering materials. * See the distance between you and a treasure map. * Item duplication prevention.
