Legends of Stonehaven is a medieval fantasy RPG server that uses a big modpack to change almost everything. It feels like a whole new game and not just normal Minecraft.
The combat is completely different with new animations and even a dodge move so fights feel more exciting. There are skill trees and origins so your character can grow in different ways and feel special. You also get custom weapons armor trinkets bosses and even divine blessings that are made to fit the pack.
Enemies get stronger as you explore farther so the world stays dangerous. There are two main magic mods that give tons of cool abilities for combat and also for traveling and utility stuff.
The overworld the nether and the end are all changed with new biomes to match the fantasy theme. There are hundreds of new dungeons and structures to discover and explore plus five whole new dimensions to find.
There are over two hundred quests you can do alone or with friends and some of them tell you more about the story and lore of the world. There is also a quest shop where you spend the coins you earn on useful items.
The pack is made to still run well with performance mods to help fps and loading times. There are also quality of life things like backpacks and better storage so normal gameplay feels smoother and less annoying.

Createverse SMP is a modded Java survival server that is all about the Create mod and exploring a fresh world.
The world has totally changed terrain in all three dimensions. There are lots of new biomes and structures that still feel close to vanilla so it feels familiar but new at the same time. There are also a bunch of Create addons and some extra mods to mess around with.
The server is still pretty new so there is not a lot of progress yet. That makes it feel like you are joining at the start of a brand new adventure and not just catching up to people who are already stacked.
Createverse is kind of a building server. Griefing is not allowed so your builds should be safe. Pvp is only allowed if both players agree so you do not have to worry about random killers.
There are helpful features like a minimap and a world map plus land claims and parties. There are multiple performance mods so the game runs better and there are waystones to travel faster. The server also has voice chat so you can talk to people while you build or explore.
Right now the End is locked and the server is waiting for more players to join and progress. It is supposed to be worth the wait when it finally opens.

This server is all about survival actually meaning something. It is a hardcore SMP with only one life and it feels super intense.
If you die you are banned. There are no respawns and no second chances. Every fight and every cave trip feels scary because one mistake can end your run.
The server is semi anarchy so PvP is allowed. Raiding and griefing are allowed. You can make alliances or betray people. You can start wars and play politics. Staff do not interfere so players decide what happens.
There is a huge world border that goes 600000 by 600000 so there is tons of space to explore. You can build hidden bases far away and try to make long term empires.
You have to play smart and trust people carefully. If you join you really do not want to waste your first day because surviving even the first week is a big deal.

Ethis SMP is a semi vanilla survival server that feels a lot like a small Hermitcraft style world. I see people working on big builds and redstone stuff but also a bunch of players just running around having fun and not taking it too serious.
The server runs on Fabric 1.21.10 and keeps things very simple. There is no land claiming no teleport commands and no homes. You actually travel to people and walk around the world so it feels more like real Minecraft survival.
The community has been around for about five years. They have taken breaks but they always stay in touch and keep playing together. It feels like everyone knows each other and new players get welcomed pretty fast.
There is a voice chat mod so you can talk just by walking up to someone in game. That makes it way easier to meet people or do random shenanigans together. They also run events and game nights both in game and on Discord to keep people inspired to build more.
