Peculiarities:
– No privates. Nobody can privatize territories
– Without donation. Absolutely free, always
– No privileges. Everyone plays on an equal footing
– Clan system. If you’re bored of playing alone, you can find friends on the server and join them in one clan
– Skill system. Skills do not change the mechanics of Minecraft much, they only slightly increase your skills (digging wood, luck), and nothing more
– Auction. People can sell their items at auction (/ah) and get paid for them
– Shop. Items in the store that are expensive enough to buy and cheap enough to sell. This is done so as not to break the minecraft economy
