This is a StoneBlock 4 server running on Minecraft 1.21.1 and it feels pretty smooth. It is hosted on dedicated hardware with 16 cores and 32GB of fast RAM so the server usually holds 20 tps and runs really stable.
The server is in Europe in Belarus and it also uses a proxy tunnel through Germany. Because of that players from the US and Asia usually get better ping and lower latency. It feels like the owner really cares about performance and connection.
There are fancy progression based ranks that you unlock as you advance in the game. These ranks are connected to a discord integration so your progress shows in game and on discord. It makes the grind feel more rewarding and gives you stuff to work toward.
The server started on October 30th so the world is still pretty fresh. It is a modded experience focused on StoneBlock style gameplay and progression. If you want a stable modded server with neat ranks and good ping this one looks like a solid pick.

This is a small Java survival server called Mossvale Community.
There are around 10 active players right now. Everyone acts super friendly and chilled so it feels pretty relaxed when you join.
The server uses a whitelist. You have to follow the rules to join and play. The rules and all the server details are written in their community space.
If you want a calm server with a small group of players this looks like a nice place to hang out and play Minecraft together.

BauKlotzHeim is a relaxed Minecraft survival server that runs on Java 1.21.11 and also allows Bedrock crossplay. It is meant for players who like normal survival building together and going on real adventures as a team.
The server has a fresh survival world and uses some selected plugins but it still keeps a simple survival feeling. Players can work on big community builds take part in planned events and challenges or just create their own projects. There is a lot of room for your own ideas and creativity.
The community is friendly and helpful and the server is made for adults since you need to be at least 18 years old and you also need a Discord account. The server is still in development so you should be okay with things changing and improving over time.

I found this modded server called Iperios and it is all about making nations. You can start your own nation and choose how it is run. You make your own government and your own laws and your own ranks. If that sounds like too much work you can just join someone else and help their nation grow.
The server runs the Allthemods10 modpack on version 5.3.1 so you need that to play. You have to join the server discord first and ask to get whitelisted. Then you read the new player info to get the IP and some basic tips.
When you first join a staff member helps you. They guide you so you know what to do and they give you a beginner kit. After that you are free to start building and join or create a nation.
The rules are not fully listed but it feels organized and pretty friendly because you talk to staff first and you have to get whitelisted. It seems like a good place if you like modded Minecraft with more politics and nations instead of just solo survival.
