LegionCraft is a OneBlock survival server where every block actually feels important. You start on your own custom OneBlock island and slowly build it up. You grind the block you expand your island and you try to make your own little world.
The server has challenging bosses that drop keys so you can open crates. The crates give rare loot and epic gear which makes fights and grinding feel way more exciting. There are also custom enchants and spawners so your gear and farms can get pretty crazy.
The server is semi vanilla so it still feels like regular Minecraft but with more goals and rewards. There is no pay to win so everyone has to earn their stuff by playing. It is made for players who like to build grind fight and chase loot.

This is a small modded SMP that is opening on February 2nd and it is looking for more players who want to stay for a long time and actually be active.
The server is on Java and uses Fabric version 1.20.1. It has mods like Create for cool machines and builds. It has Farmers Delight for better farming and food. There are backpacks so you can carry more stuff. There are also mods like Naturalist plus small ships and immersive aircraft so you can explore in different ways.

OrianaMC is a survival server that feels like a big upgrade from normal Minecraft. You do not just mine and log off. You get to build towns and even create your own kingdom and grow your power over time.
The server uses jobs and skills instead of admin shops. You pick a skill and then earn money by doing tasks like mining or farming. It feels like your work actually matters and your skill choice changes how you play.

Sunset Retreat SMP is a chill survival server for players who are 18 or older. It is made for people who want to relax and escape real life stress while playing Minecraft with other adults. The whole server is vanilla style with only a few quality of life additions.

So I found this new Minecraft server that is running on Java 1.21.10 plus and it is super simple in a good way.
It has basic commands like TPA and sethome so you can visit people and not get lost all the time. That makes it easier to play with others and still explore on your own.
The community is still small and growing so you actually remember people and they remember you. It feels more like a group of players just chilling together instead of a giant crowded server.
There is basically only one rule and that is no cheating. So if you like the normal Minecraft experience without crazy mods and without hackers this kind of fits that idea.
