This is a survival server called Society Sunlit Valley that is made to be really calm.
The world is planned to last a long time so people can log in after school or work and just relax and play. It is hosted in Germany and it runs all the time so players from different places can join whenever they want.
There are already people from Europe and the USA playing and it seems to run smooth for everyone. The community is meant to be mature and chill so it is not about drama. It is more about hanging out and building and surviving together at your own pace.
There is a chat bridge between Minecraft and Discord so you can still talk with people even when you are not on the server. There are no donations so the server is not trying to sell you anything.

This is a small SMP called Baguette SMP Season 1. It is mostly vanilla survival with some quality of life tweaks.
The owners want the players to help shape the rules and plugins. Stuff can change based on what the community thinks is fun.

Solarion SMP is a Hermitcraft style server that is made for long term survival and chill community play. It runs on Java 1.21.x and it is 18 plus only with a whitelist.
The world is fresh for Season 7 so players are starting new bases and long projects. Seasons usually last around 6 to 8 months so there is time for mega builds farms and progression. There are community districts with games parkour puzzles and shared builds.
The server uses datapacks and plugins like proximity voice chat a live 3D map safer item recovery on death armor stand tools player sleep so only a few people need to sleep drop heads custom images sitting and laying and some performance and utility tools. There is grief rollback but no land claims so trust and community matter a lot.
The admins are pretty hands off and not power trippy. The chat is unfiltered and open minded. Dark humor and strong language are allowed but you still should not be a jerk.
Overall it feels like a tight group of adults who like building playing games together and letting fun moments and light roleplay happen naturally over time.

I found this server called StarCraft and it always has a lot of people on.
There are close to 60 players and they hang out together and talk a lot.
The community also uses discord and they seem pretty active and social.
To get into the discord you add the server to your Minecraft server list and then you copy the link it gives you into discord and join from there.
It feels like a server for people who like playing with others and being part of a group instead of playing alone.
