This is a super small border SMP where everyone is crammed into a tiny world. The main area is trapped inside a 500 by 500 bedrock box so every block actually matters.
For the first 5 days you can go outside that box into a bigger 1500 by 1500 border to grab stuff and explore before you get locked in. After that you are stuck with whatever you managed to find.
There are some weird and sneaky plugins running that the owner will not explain and they can affect your lives. So you kind of have to be careful and expect traps and strange events while you play.
Anyone can join as long as you are not a cheater and not super little. The owner just wants legit players that can handle a silly but a bit evil survival world.

This server is called Sparked and it is a long term SMP that feels really close and social. It is made for people who like building and chill Minecraft with other players. The admins are active and they stay involved with the community and keep the server running smooth.
When you join it feels very simple and very vanilla on purpose. There are no big menus and no giant tutorial walls. There are no warps and no land claims and only a little bit of quality of life stuff. It honestly feels like you just joined a friends world that they started for fun.
Even though it feels super simple there are mods that protect your builds just in case something bad happens. The owner is open about server costs and server specs and bans so it feels really honest and transparent. The players are mainly adults so the whole place feels more mature.
They use some Vanilla Tweaks style datapacks like more mob heads and armor poser and player heads. There is proximity voice chat and bluemap and other mods that run in the background but nothing that removes normal vanilla features. It is basically a relaxed hermitcraft like community but still its own thing.

Stormy Lagoon is an SMP that lets Java and Bedrock players join together.
It feels like a simple survival world where people can just hang out and play. There is not a lot of extra stuff listed so it seems pretty chill and easy to get into.

This server is a civilization event that runs in seasons and every season has a new twist. Season 4 is based on Maze Runner and that makes it feel really intense.
Players split into different teams and fight to see which civilization can win. It is all about teaming up and battling other groups in a new world. There will be new teams and new battles when the season starts.
The server runs on Minecraft Java 1.21.8 and uses proximity voice chat so you can actually hear people only when they are close to you in game. That makes the gameplay feel way more real and scary during fights.
