I found a Java lifesteal server that is planned to launch around February 28th but the time is not set yet so it could change.
It is semi anarchy so you can raid and grief bases but there are still rules you have to follow.
They said there will be no crystal pvp. The server is on 1.21.11. You can also request plugins through their plugins channel.
