TownCraft is a community driven SMP Server. Player run economy with an item based currency, player run towns and shops, fun plugins such as McMMO, and much more! Server was created in 2011 and ran up until 2015. The server was offline until 2022. Now I have rebuilt the server from the ground up and am excited to share it with the public!
We function a bit differently than “Towny” servers. We do not use towny, but rather Grief Defender with the RealEstate addon. This allows for very customizable towns and plots that can be sold, leased, or rented. All plots are protected. To encourage living in a town, raiding is allowed in the wild. Living in towns will have benefits such as local shops, protection from PvP and raiding, and creating friends! Now you may build and live in the wild but you may be raided or killed! Anyone can become a “mayor” and given a special role that can create a town claim and plots. For more details checkout the website or ask in game!
