1337 anarchy is an anarchy server, (obviously) and what that means is that there are no rules. at all. you can hack, cheat, dupe, greif, anything. also, if it says the server is down, its not. the hosting service im using keeps it “offline” when nobody’s playing. it will turn on when you join.
