This is a small survival server called HoneySMP and it feels super cozy. It is not a giant pay to win server. It is more like a long term world where the same people keep coming back.
The players want a real community. At spawn there is a community chest area where you can take what you need and leave what you do not. It helps new people get started so you are not stuck punching trees forever.
They run weekly events that sound fun like Elytra races and a custom event called Honey Heist. During events people hop in voice chat and just hang out and play together. It feels more like a group of friends than random strangers.
The server has some custom coded features. There is key forging where you can combine keys and try to upgrade them into better tiers instead of just opening boring crates. There is a player driven economy where you can sell stuff from your farms and run your own shop.
You can earn everything just by playing. Even ranks and keys are grindable so it stays fair and not pay to win.
The server supports both Java and Bedrock so you can play from PC console or mobile with your friends. If you want a place to build a huge base run a shop or just chill and talk this server is made for that.

GuiderSMP is a new SMP server that is trying to grow into a big community.
The server works on both Minecraft Bedrock and Java so more people can join and play together. It uses simple quality of life mods like gravestones so you can find your stuff again tpa so you can teleport to friends and a better teams system so you can group up easier.
The owner really wants to make a large SMP and is super open to new mod ideas to make the server more fun. Players can share ideas and help shape how the server grows.

SippyCup is a vanilla Java SMP that feels a lot like a chill Hermitcraft style world. It used to be a small private server for friends but now it is open to more players and the world was freshly restarted on 12 20 25 so everyone can start together.
The server is meant to last a long time so it is really good if you like building mega bases and super efficient farms. Players can make shops and do their own thing and sometimes add a bit of lore so it feels like a small community town.
It is 16 plus and has simple voice chat for people who want to talk while they play. There is no skill requirement and no activity requirement so you do not have to be a pro or grind every day. The rules are pretty lax but it is still whitelisted so the server stays welcoming and accepting to everyone.
