This server is a hardcore style economy SMP where every player only gets 5 lives. When you join you start with 5 total lives and every time you die you lose one. If you hit 0 lives you get a temporary ban so every fight and every move feels way more serious.
The cool thing is you slowly gain lives back. Each week you get 1 life added so you are not totally doomed forever. It still makes you think a lot before going into battles raids or risky spots.
The server is built around an economy style. PvP is always on and shops and trading actually matter. Progress is something you earn by grinding and playing smart not something that is handed to you. Clutches traps and good strategies can win you fights and help you survive longer.
It is cross platform too. Java players join normally and Bedrock players can connect through Geyser. Everyone plays together in the same world so friends on different devices can still be on the same SMP.

This server is called The Vein Network and it is built around survival.
Right now it has a survival world that just launched so everything feels new and fresh. The owner says they work on the server right at their Minecraft desk so it feels like they really care about it.

Spugunke is a new semi vanilla SMP that feels really community first. It just started so everyone joining now gets to help shape the world and be there from the beginning.
The main idea is player made towns and teams. People can group up to build towns shared bases farms and big projects. Some teams can focus on pvp some on exploring and some on gathering resources. You can also play solo if you like quiet survival and still be part of the world.
The rules are relaxed but still fair. Griefing stealing and random killing are not allowed. PvP is only allowed when everyone agrees so fights are more like planned battles or friendly duels. Town or team conflicts are allowed too but still need consent so it does not turn into chaos.
Spawn is meant to be a real community area with player builds and a place where people hang out not just a random starting spot. The server feels social since people are often online together and like to chill in voice calls while playing.

Kindred Vale is a survival server that is all about staying safe from grief and just building in peace. It feels like a home base where you can relax and still have a lot to do.
The server is in Season 2 and it started on January 1 2026. They reset every three months so the world always feels fresh and new. It is made for Java players who like survival but also like a calm community that respects each other.
There are skills you can level like mining and defense. When your skills get stronger the mobs get tougher too so it kind of scales with you. You can also use an anvil and books to take enchantments off gear which is really handy.
The owners sometimes drop big server boosts like huge XP multipliers and skill and potion boosts for everyone online. There are monthly events and weekly key hunts so there is usually something happening. February is planned to have a Valentines build battle so people who like building contests will probably like it.
