To Get A Enchant Upgrade You Can Ask Me (Ingame: QAxolotl) Or (Via Discord) To Let Me Upgrade Your Tool. We Also Have Clans. To Make A Clan You Need To Pay 9 Stacks Of Nether Stars(Its Not Alot Tho).
