HeartlandsSMP is a semi vanilla survival server that feels really chill and cozy. It is inspired by Hermitcraft so people like to build shops work on big projects and play together for a long time.
The server runs Java 1.21.1 and it has some quality of life datapacks and plugins plus a separate creative world so you can test and plan builds before you do them in survival. There are no planned world resets so your base and projects actually matter and can stay for a long time.
The community is 16 plus whitelisted and very friendly to everyone including LGBTQ plus players. The player base is kept pretty small so people can actually know each other instead of getting lost on a giant server. PvP only happens when everyone agrees and there are strong rules against griefing and cheating with active moderation.
Staff hosts weekly events to keep things fun but nothing is forced. There is no pay to win no chaos and no drama. It feels like a relaxed long term SMP where the community comes first and people who like building and collaborating can really settle in.

Rosedalean SMP is a newer Minecraft server that is trying to grow a close community. It is a survival world with a whitelisted 18 plus player base so it feels more safe and relaxed. The server is enhanced vanilla and runs on add ons so you do not need to install mods.
The world has Terralith biomes which makes exploring feel bigger and more interesting. There is a blue map so you can see how the explored world looks. The server also has simple voice chat so people can talk easier while they play.
Players can join or create factions and try to be the strongest group on the server or you can just build a cute village with friends. There are server events like a colosseum battle arena event and a Secret Santa event so people always have something fun to do.

I found this server called 99b99t and it is a full anarchy world where anything goes. There are no rules at all and the whole point is chaos and survival. You can build if you want or just destroy everything and nobody will stop you.
The server runs Minecraft version 1.21.8 and it is set to hard difficulty. It stays up 24 7 so you can join whenever. There are only a few plugins like player heads dropping when someone dies and some basic essentials stuff.
The world is still really new so players can leave a big mark right now. It feels like a place where trust is super rare and you always have to watch your back. If you like true anarchy with no limits this server is made for that.

Legends of Stonehaven is a medieval fantasy RPG server that uses a big modpack to change almost everything. It feels like a whole new game and not just normal Minecraft.
The combat is completely different with new animations and even a dodge move so fights feel more exciting. There are skill trees and origins so your character can grow in different ways and feel special. You also get custom weapons armor trinkets bosses and even divine blessings that are made to fit the pack.
Enemies get stronger as you explore farther so the world stays dangerous. There are two main magic mods that give tons of cool abilities for combat and also for traveling and utility stuff.
The overworld the nether and the end are all changed with new biomes to match the fantasy theme. There are hundreds of new dungeons and structures to discover and explore plus five whole new dimensions to find.
There are over two hundred quests you can do alone or with friends and some of them tell you more about the story and lore of the world. There is also a quest shop where you spend the coins you earn on useful items.
The pack is made to still run well with performance mods to help fps and loading times. There are also quality of life things like backpacks and better storage so normal gameplay feels smoother and less annoying.

Createverse SMP is a modded Java survival server that is all about the Create mod and exploring a fresh world.
The world has totally changed terrain in all three dimensions. There are lots of new biomes and structures that still feel close to vanilla so it feels familiar but new at the same time. There are also a bunch of Create addons and some extra mods to mess around with.
The server is still pretty new so there is not a lot of progress yet. That makes it feel like you are joining at the start of a brand new adventure and not just catching up to people who are already stacked.
Createverse is kind of a building server. Griefing is not allowed so your builds should be safe. Pvp is only allowed if both players agree so you do not have to worry about random killers.
There are helpful features like a minimap and a world map plus land claims and parties. There are multiple performance mods so the game runs better and there are waystones to travel faster. The server also has voice chat so you can talk to people while you build or explore.
Right now the End is locked and the server is waiting for more players to join and progress. It is supposed to be worth the wait when it finally opens.
