Hello and Welcome to The ShireCraft thread!
We want to give you an idea of what to expect by picking us as your server to play on, but we do not want to enlighten you with nearly all of the information!
To begin, we are a semi-creative freebuilding server. What this means is, you start in survival, and earn creative upon reaching the specified rank. Freebuilding means, we don’t have those god awful plotme worlds. We love the environment, and believe buildings look better in a natural environment, not shoved in a 40×40 plot, on flat land, right next to a building that doesn’t compliment yours.
To give you a bit more, if you achieve the rank to build in the world freely, if you prove your build is good, and is well-developed, you can get your own /warp and that becomes your OWN region!
We also, want to emphasize that we are a very closely-knit community. We are smaller, and thus, we are a lot more like family than members. We have a grand time talking among one another whilst building until our hearts content.

Through mining, profession and trade you increase your wealth and work your way up – you decide for yourself in which direction. Sell land in your own city, trade profitably with all kinds of goods or discover your own way to fill your thaler bag. But the first hurdle will be your own property, because you don’t get that for free with us.
Medieval and rural buildings must be built in the DIRECT area of the spawn. In the wider area, i.e. in other cities, the architectural style can be freely chosen. Creativity should not be put at a stop. That’s the point of Minecraft, after all.
However, we offer MUCH more than our real-life server… Variety is very important to us. SkyBlock, CreativeMap, self-programmed game plugins (over 20 games in total) such as a shooter that you play with friends against monsters. TowerDefense 2 was built exclusively for us.
