-Plugin management (Someone experienced with finding & setting up plugins for the server)-Permissions (someone with experience in assigning permissions as more plugins are installed)-Moderators (People willing to watch over the server and moderate appropriately)-Discord Management (Someone with experience in setting up an organized Discord server to integrate into our servers)
