    This is a community centered SMP that feels a lot like Hermitcraft. It is made by players and shaped by what the group wants. The goal is to keep the vanilla experience but still grow over time when the community votes for changes.

    The server uses a diamond based economy with a shopping district. People also work on public builds and bigger projects together. Proximity chat is a big part of the vibe and a lot of players actually use it.

    There are homes and a few extra cosmetic and quality of life plugins. New ideas come from community requests and polls. It is Minecraft 1.21.11 on Java only. The server is whitelisted and it is 18 plus. You will usually see around 5 to 20 people online and there are lots of regular players plus groups that want new members.

    I found a semi anarchy survival server that tries to feel like real Vanilla Minecraft. It launched on October 11th 2024 and it is hosted in New York City. The world is huge with a 2 million block border and it is meant to be long term with no map resets.

    You can play on Java versions from 1.7.2 to 1.21.11 but they recommend 1.21.11. The server stays online 24 7. PvP and griefing are allowed and there is no pay to win. There is no teleporting and the only command they allow is /spawn so people far out can get back toward civilization.

    A few small changes are there like nether roof access being allowed. Phantoms are removed and only half the players are needed to skip the night. They still block stuff like exploits lag machines duping spamming and harassment or racial slurs in chat.

    CaveMC is a semi anarchy survival server that feels like vanilla but turned up. The whole overworld is underground so there is no surface at all. It is just caves forever with biomes resources and structures.

    Season 2 is live so it is a fresh start with a bunch of new stuff. Survival is brutal and you really have to figure things out if you want to last.

    There is also a Wasteland Dimension opening on November 8th. It has new gear to fight for huge mega structures with secrets and its own currency for a player driven economy and trading. It also comes with a new spawn and a custom generated map with special features.

    The server uses Towny so you can start a town claim land and grow it into something big. There is also SiegeWar so nations can go to war and try to take territory. The world is custom made so it feels like it was built for exploring and settling.

    The economy is run by players so trading resources goods and services actually matters. Politics are also player driven so alliances diplomacy and rivalries can change the map over time.

    It supports Java and Bedrock crossplay and it is launching soon on version 1.21.11.
