This is a post apocalyptic zombie Minecraft server for players who like survival to actually feel hard. The world is ruined and filled with zombies and broken cities. Stuff is not easy to find and you really have to think before you move.
The server uses Create Mod so machines and automation are a big deal. You can build cool contraptions and engineering projects to stay alive. Nights are dangerous and exploring is risky so going out has real tension. Early choices actually matter later.

Turnabout is a semi vanilla survival server that feels like a small friendly world. It is 18 plus and whitelisted so the players are mostly chill adults who actually want to hang out and play together. The server is in its second season and the world is still pretty new so there is lots of space to explore and build.
The community is the main focus here. People are very friendly and there are players from all over the world so someone is usually online. The server is LGBTQ plus and makes it very clear that everyone is welcome. There is zero tolerance for any hate toward any group so it feels safe to just be yourself.
Turnabout runs survival with some simple quality of life addons. There is one player sleep so nights go by faster. There are mob and player heads and there is voice chat to make talking and planning easier. These extras keep things smooth but the game still feels like regular Minecraft.

Skyfall SMP is a new survival server that is split into two worlds. The ground world is just the normal overworld that everyone knows. You start there and play like regular Minecraft.
The cool part is Skytopia. It is a magical sky world with islands up in the clouds. You do not just spawn there. You have to prove you are worthy first. Once a week there is a special event. Only players who gather the right materials can join that event.
If you do really well in the event you can become a Skytopian. That means you get permanent access to the sky world. Up there the land of clouds has crazy resources and diamond veins appear in big stacks.
The server is not fully open yet but it is coming soon and they are already taking applications for staff and players. There is also a trailer you can watch that shows what the world looks like.

This is a modded Java server called Geopol Reforged and it is all about history themed gameplay. The server uses mods that match different historical time periods so it feels like you are playing in a changing world.
Players run the economy and players also create and lead nations. There are wars between nations and different warfare systems so fights actually matter. There are server wide events and the staff also builds lore for the world so stuff that happens can become part of the story.
The map is not a copy of Earth and it uses terrain generation mods so the world looks different from normal Minecraft. It is a PvP server with warfare and there is no unsanctioned griefing. That means you can fight and raid during war but you are not supposed to randomly destroy stuff for no reason.
The server is for players who are 16 or older. It is on Minecraft 1.20.1 and it has netherite gear and guns but the guns are toned back so it is not totally crazy. There is a grace period and similar protections at the start so new players can get set up before big wars begin.
The discord and the server are still in a startup phase so they are looking for admins playtesters and mods. If you like nations economy roleplay and war this server is built for that style of play.
