Eventide SMP is a brand new Minecraft server that is launching later this week. It is cross platform and it runs a semi vanilla survival style with only a few quality of life plugins.
The server is whitelisted so you have to apply to get in. It is aiming for a mature and respectful community with active players who like long term worlds and want to know the people they play with.

3b3tpe is a bedrock survival server that is basically an anarchy world with no rules and no bans. It tries to stay as vanilla as possible so it feels like normal Minecraft but way more dangerous.
It is bedrock only so you can join on mobile console or Windows. PvP is always on and there are no homes or TPA so if you get lost that is on you and nothing is there to protect you.

Twigland SMP is a survival server but it does not feel like basic vanilla with a simple home command. It feels like a mix of survival politics and crime stuff.
You can level up skills like mining and fighting so grinding actually matters. Towny style governments are a big deal too since people can claim land and elect mayors and start wars or break alliances.
The economy is run by players so supply and demand matters. There is also a drug script where you can grow illegal crops and run hidden labs and sell on the black market. If staff or rival towns catch you then you can get raided and fined and publicly embarrassed.

StickCraft is a small modded survival server for people who like to build and chill with friends. The vibe is community focused and it is made for long term progression. It feels like vanilla but with a lot more depth.
The big theme is storms and adventure. The weather can get wild with dynamic storms and extreme events. You can also go exploring in lots of different landscapes and push into expanded dimensions and endgame content.
If you like making machines there is Create for automation and contraptions. If you like farming there is a bigger food and crop setup. For quality of life you get a minimap backpacks gravestones and a recipe viewer.
