This is a survival server called SurvivalMC and it feels pretty chill. It is a semi vanilla style server so it keeps the normal Minecraft feel but has some quality of life plugins and datapacks to make playing smoother without changing the game too much.
The server runs on version 1.21.10 for both Java and Bedrock which is nice if you have different devices. It has been around since July 21st 2020 and it still focuses on being lag free and friendly.

Luminary Falls is a really cozy survival server that is made for adults who love Minecraft and want a long term home. It feels like classic survival but with some helpful plugins and datapacks that keep it smooth and fun without changing the vanilla style.
The server is whitelist only and for players 18 and older. People play from all over the world so there is usually someone online no matter the time. It runs on Java and also supports Bedrock crossplay and they allow non advantage client mods like Litematica and Xaero’s.

Anarchy Network is a semi anarchy Minecraft server that tries to feel like pure survival. It opened on October 11th 2024 and it runs all day and night. You can join on Java versions from 1.7.2 up to 1.21.10 but they say 1.21.10 is best so stuff does not break.
The server is made to stay close to vanilla Minecraft. There are almost no extra commands or plugins. There is no teleporting no pay to win and no map resets. The world border is huge at 2 million blocks so people can spread out really far.
Griefing is allowed and PvP is allowed so you always have to watch your back. You can use the spawn command to get back to civilization if you went too far away. The nether roof is allowed and phantoms are removed and only half the players are needed to skip the night so it stays playable.
There are still some rules. You cannot use exploits or lag machines or dupes. Spamming in chat is not allowed and harassment or racial slurs are not allowed either. So it is chaotic gameplay but not totally toxic.
If you want a long term semi vanilla world with danger everywhere and almost no restrictions this server is made for that style.

This is a wild survival server that has been running since 2021 and the map has never been reset. The world is over 4 and a half years old and thousands of players have joined at least once.
There are basically no rules here. Griefing is allowed. Building is allowed. Cheating is allowed. Everyone does their own thing and everything goes.
The main version is 1.21 and it also supports from 1.17 up to 1.21.10 so a lot of different clients can join.
If you like pure chaos and you do not care about safety this server fits that style for sure.
