Ordinary SMP is a vanilla survival server on Java that feels like a small friendly neighborhood. It is a whitelisted place so the players are picked a bit more carefully and it helps keep everything respectful and calm.

Cozyvale is a small vanilla style survival server for players who are 18 or older. It is run by a group of friends and feels like a chill place to just hang out and play Minecraft together.
The server is basically vanilla but has some simple quality of life tweaks. Only half the players online need to sleep to skip the night. Leaves disappear faster after you cut trees. There is a simple voice mod so people can actually talk while they play. There is also a dynmap so you can see the world from your browser.
You can re dye blocks that are already dyed. Players and mobs can drop their heads. You can use cauldrons to make concrete. Mob grief is reduced so your builds feel a little safer.

Shadow MC is a new semi vanilla SMP that is made for people who like a more chill survival world. It has custom biomes and structures so exploring the world actually feels different and fun.
