    Embermire is a spooky and magical modded Minecraft Java server for 1.20.1. Season 2 just started and it is looking for long term players who want to stick around and help build a real community.

    You need the required Modrinth modpack and you also need to be in the Discord server. The mod list is made to feel creepy and enchanted with stuff like dungeon mods the Graveyard and a magic mod called Archon.

    There is a spawn house plus a starter kit and a community stronghold. It also has a post office and other shared community stuff. Sleeping is set up so one person can skip the night.

    KeepInventory is not on but you can get your items back from your grave and it will not despawn. Travel is easier with waystones and you get helpful tools like veinminer and tree harvester. There are also vanilla plus tweaks like wool to string and rotten flesh to leather.

    Members must be LGBTQIA plus or an enthusiastic ally and that is a hard rule.

    Konohaven SMP Season 5 Semi Vanilla

    Konohaven SMP is a semi vanilla Java survival server and Season 5 just started. The big idea this time is player autonomy so players can run the big choices like spawn plans shopping district rules and the main infrastructure.

    People can start committees or groups for stuff like paths nether hub plans or how the shopping area should work. If you disagree you can make your own plan and get others to help too.

    The server is on Hard difficulty and it is hosted in the Eastern US in Virginia. It has single player sleep and a live map.

    There are a couple extras that stay close to vanilla. Blaze and Caves Advancements are on with less chat spam. There is also an optional Origins datapack and optional Simple Voice Chat mod and you do not need mods to join.

    There is no set world border. Chunks will generate out to 1500 at the start to help with early lag and the seed will be public. World gen is getting tweaked to add new features to the vanilla landscape.
