This is a chill crossplay SMP called LiME Server where Java Bedrock and console players all play together. It feels like a relaxed world where you can just log in and hang out.
The server has player built cities with jobs shops and even apartments. So you do not just mine and leave. You can live in town run a shop and be part of a community that grows over time.
One of the coolest things is the LiME Phone UI. You just tap to use commands instead of typing them all the time. It makes the server feel really smooth and easy to play especially if you are on console or Bedrock.

This is a simple CZ and SK Minecraft server that runs classic vanilla survival. There are no extra plugins and no pay to win stuff so it feels like normal Minecraft.
Players here focus on building and mining and exploring and fighting mobs. The world is meant to last for a long time so people can slowly create bases and projects together.

This server is a simple vanilla style SMP with an economy.
There are no extra details or weird stuff written anywhere. It just looks like a normal survival world where players can also trade and use an economy system.

I found this server called True Vanilla and it is made for players who really want pure vanilla survival.
It is semi anarchy so griefing and raiding are allowed and pvp is always on and you do not need consent. The only place that is protected from this is the spawn area.
The server is running on version 1.21.11 and it also lets you join with Java versions from 1.20.x up to 1.21.x.
There are two main worlds called Core and Windfall. Core never resets and has extra rules for pvp like no elytra or stasis during combat. Windfall is more wild and only bans combat logging and every month the players vote in a poll if they want that world to reset.
The server does not use claims or voting rewards or special ranks or chat colors so it feels like old school multiplayer where you just play survive fight and build with no extra stuff.
If you miss the freedom of classic vanilla multiplayer this place really tries to be actually vanilla.

HermitiaSMP is a small Hermitcraft inspired survival server all about community and working together. It feels like everyone is trying to make something cool and not just speedrun the game.
The server runs weekly events so there is always something going on. Some events are in game some are in real life style challenges and there are even art competitions. It makes it way easier for new players to make friends and be part of the group.
There is optional proximity voice chat so you can talk to people near you in game if you want to. You can join event houses and help earn points for your house with different activities and builds. There are also community builds so players can team up on big projects.
They use a custom HermitiaSMP datapack and some quality of life mods that add to normal vanilla Minecraft instead of replacing it. There are anti grief plugins like CoreProtect to keep builds safe.
The server has a news service to keep players updated and a player run roleplay government. There is server lore coming soon so it looks like the world will have a deeper story over time.
Overall this server feels like it is made for people who like community interaction events and long term projects instead of just playing alone.
