This is an anarchy server called VGFTS that I found and it is totally wild. There are no rules and no limits so people can do whatever they want. You can fight anyone and grief anything and just cause chaos.
The server is really new and only started a few days ago so the world is still fresh. It works on both Java and Bedrock which is nice so more people can join and play together.
There is also a cool discord chat setup so all the messages in game show up in discord and the other way around. It feels like everything is connected and people can talk even when they are not online in Minecraft.
If you like pure anarchy and crazy pvp with no protection this server is exactly that. It feels like a place where anything can happen.

Surrion Worlds Java SMP Hearts
The Surrion Worlds is a Java only SMP on 1.21.10 and it has some minor laws to keep people civil.
You need a Discord server to join because you have to drop your username in a channel to get whitelisted.
The main twist is an admin regulated advancements for hearts system. You can earn a permanent heart for every purple advancement you unlock. You have to post a screenshot of the advancement in the request channel and also show proof you were on the server when it happened.

CaveMC is a semi anarchy survival server with an enhanced vanilla feel and it is built around one big twist. The whole overworld is underground so there is no surface at all. It is just caves biomes resources and structures everywhere.
Season 2 is out and it is a fresh start with a bunch of additions. The server says survival is brutal and you have to be smart to last.
