NoHackAnarchy is a semi anarchy survival server that has been up for almost a year. It is about maximum freedom and only a few rules so players can grief raid build and just try to survive.
It supports Java and Bedrock and also console players like Switch Xbox and PS4 or PS5. That makes it easy to jump in with friends even if everyone is on different platforms.
The big thing is no cheating. Hacked clients xray even xray resource packs are not allowed. Exploiting bugs crashing the server or trying to lag it is not allowed. I found a survival server with a small community around 90 players and it is opening very soon.
It runs on 1.21.11 and it is almost completely vanilla. The only changes are anti x ray and some admin stuff.
They also use a register plugin so cracked players can play and nobody can steal their name.

This is a Java modded server for players 16 and up. It is built around a custom mod called Descent into the Realm Forsaken that the owner is making for 1.21.8.
Right now the server is mainly for testing before the next big update. People play to try new stuff and help spot issues while things get added.
