SummitSurvival is a hard mode vanilla plus server that feels like a real survival world with friends. It is free to play and the few extras are just there to make life easier not to make it pay to win.
The server runs on 1.21.x and sticks close to normal Minecraft. You get simple commands like spawn and sethome and faster nights but not a bunch of crazy plugins. Mob rates are vanilla and there are no weird limits on what you can build so it feels like a normal world just with more people.

PeaMC is a pure survival server that feels like old school Minecraft. There is no teleport so you actually walk and explore to get around.
