The Superflat Experiment offers Minecraft’s most unique experience: A completely vanilla Superflat world with no resets and rules.

Surviving in a Superflat world requires ingenuity and resourcefulness. Players can utilize villages for essential resources like food, shelter, and initial tools. Villages also provide access to trading with villagers, which can yield valuable items otherwise unattainable in a flat world.

Using the server’s unique End Portal (Coords: -216 -1663), players are offered rare loot and access to the End, presenting advanced challenges and opportunities. Ruined portals serve as gateways to the Nether, providing obsidian and other crucial resources.

The server has a deep 2-year history, with many bases, groups, and spawn projects being created and destroyed. The server is known for its tight-knit community who work together on spawn projects and helping out new players, even in an anarchy environment. The server’s spawn offers new players with hand-planted trees and farms to help you get started. The monuments players have built with what little the world has have stood the test of time, many of which can be found within minutes of joining the server.

    The rules are mainly about keeping it fair and keeping the server stable. Hacked clients cheats and xray are not allowed even with resource packs. Exploiting server vulnerabilities is banned and so is crashing the server or trying to lag it out. Macros and automation tools are not allowed. Excessive chat spam gets you auto kicked.

    CaliCraft is a player run server based out of California where you can actually shape what happens. It feels like survival mixed with politics because players vote for an Emperor every two weeks and that person gets real power.

    The Emperor can add or remove plugins across gamemodes and make laws and even imprison people for any reason. If you get marked as a fugitive you can end up spawning in prison when you die or get dragged back in handcuffs if you get caught. There is a Constitution they have to follow but they can also make temporary laws. Some laws can become permanent through a 3 day Discord poll.

    There is a lobby first and it helps you jump into different gamemodes fast. The server has Modded Survival with custom enchantments skills jobs an auction house an economy custom dungeons and vote crates with gear. It also has Vanilla Survival with quests chest sorting and daily rewards plus Skyblock with extra addons.

    There is also a Cobblemon server on a separate Fabric setup so you need the Cobblemon modpack to play it. The server supports versions from 1.17.1 to 1.21.10.

    A big part of the vibe is custom content with a custom resource pack. You can run into unique mobs animals elites and dungeon bosses with special drops so it is not just normal vanilla exploring.
