The Loft is a semi vanilla survival server that has been running for almost four months. It is made for adults only so everyone is at least 18 and the vibe feels more mature and chill. The server runs on version 1.21.9 and sits on USA central time.
The gameplay is mainly survival with a few quality of life plugins. There is stuff like treefeller and essentials plus protection tools like coreprotect and a world map with bluemap. It still feels close to normal Minecraft but with some extras that make life easier and safer.
The community is focused on being kind and respectful. There is no griefing or stealing allowed and pranks have to be consensual and not super destructive. Non consensual pvp is not allowed and if someone dies their items have to be returned. People are told to use common sense and avoid spam or super off topic stuff in the wrong channels.
They run events and are planning things like a secret Santa in December. The server is looking for active players who like building mega bases or doing cool redstone and they really want to see what new players create. Smithtainment Minecraft is a survival server that feels mostly vanilla but with some cool extra features. It is set to hard mode so the world is pretty dangerous and you have to pay attention when you explore or mine.
The server uses things like MCMMO jobs leveled mobs and a resource world. There are stacked mobs and spawners and there are both server shops and player shops plus player warps. You can unlock more perks with playtime ranks so the longer you stay the more fun stuff you get.
If you die you do not just lose everything right away. You get sent to a fairy that lets you buy your items back so death is scary but not the end. There are useful commands like rtp home sethome warps and more so it is easy to get around and find new places.

InfinityCraft Hero Verse is a modded survival smp where everyone gets to mess around with superhero style powers. There is this giant machine in the world called the Lifeline and it basically keeps everyone alive.
When you die the Lifeline tracks your soul and sends you back to your last spawn point. But if players let the Lifeline get destroyed or shut down the whole server switches to hardcore mode and then you do not get a second chance.
The server uses Fsang18s heropack plus some other hero and magic type mods so you can get cool suits and powers and build your own playstyle. Roleplay is encouraged but not forced so you can just chill survive and use your powers or you can act like a full on hero if you want.
The community feels pretty chill and problems get deescalated instead of turned into drama. It is Java only on version 1.20.1 and they do not allow cracked or bedrock at all.
