This server is called Oblivion SMP and it is a vanilla Minecraft world. It runs on version 1.21.11 and feels like a simple classic survival server.
The community seems really nice and everyone is excited because this is the first season. It feels like a place where new players can join and actually be part of the world and not feel left out.
The rules are pretty clear. Stealing is not allowed and griefing is not allowed. PVP is only if both players want it so you do not have to worry about random people killing you.

EchelonMC is a custom survival server that is built from the ground up for long term players. It is made for people who like building and working together instead of griefing or stealing or trying to be sweaty at pvp. The whole vibe is chill and focused on teamwork and community.
The server is on Minecraft Java 1.21.11 and older versions can still join. Everything here is custom coded instead of using random plugin packs. The owner keeps updating it a lot and listens to player feedback so features and balance can change based on what the community wants.
There is a currency you earn just by playing that you can spend on progression and useful stuff. Land claiming is pretty advanced with visual borders and per chunk settings so your builds stay safe from grief. You can also set public chunks so other players can visit your builds and you can get rewards and rankings from visitors.
The server has a full team system where you can create teams invite your friends and share utilities while having custom team name tags. When you die you get graves that hold your items for a while and you can use back to help get around after teleports. There are also voting rewards a spawn hub with custom npcs and utilities and protections against x ray.
Overall this server looks like it is meant for serious builders and people who want a long term smp that grows with the community instead of constant resets.

This server is called Cobbleverse SMP and it is all about Cobblemon style Pokemon in Minecraft. Right now there are already over twenty players on it and they want to add even more people.
The server has all the content from the Pokemon games. It has the new mega forms and z moves and dynamax stuff and more. There are tournaments hosted on the server that anyone can join and you can win rewards from them.
If you like Cobblemon but you are tired of playing alone this server is trying to fix that. It is also made for people who are sick of pay to win servers. The owner wants everyone to just play and battle and have fun together.

Luminary Falls is a Minecraft 1.21.10 SMP that is made for adults who want a cozy and long term place to play. It feels like classic survival but with some helpful plugins and datapacks that keep it smooth without changing the normal vanilla feel.
The server is whitelist only and 18 plus so the community stays mature and relaxed. There are players from all over the world so someone is almost always online. It runs on Java and has full Bedrock crossplay so you can join from different devices.
The world is built to last. They use separate resource worlds so the main world does not have to reset and big builds can stay for years. The staff has a lot of experience running servers and they keep the place friendly and welcoming.

This is a simple semi vanilla survival server that I found and it feels pretty chill. The owner is running it with no plugins so it is really close to normal Minecraft.
Right now they only use tpa and they might add set home and spawn later. It seems like they just want a basic survival world with some small quality of life commands.
The server is looking for active players who just want to play and hang out. If you like simple survival and not a lot of extra stuff this server is probably good for you.
