The Caverns

The Caverns is a fantasy, RPG, pvp themed server like no other. Taking place in a entirely custom-made underground world, the whole server takes place in a massive system of caves, tunnels, and fortresses.

The Caverns are an amazing place filled with hidden secrets, lurking dangers, and incredible civilizations. For many ages, dwarves have mined these caverns for the greatest of treasures. Mighty halls, well-stocked armories, and master smiths have built one of the greatest kingdoms the caves have ever seen.

The dwarves are not alone. As of late, they have delved too deep and too greedily, triggering a powerful earthquake which brought down many of their halls and roads. Many new caverns have been unearthed, and from the darkest of these have emerged monsters of the most terrible sort. Ravenous armies of orcs, goblins, and trolls spring forth from their ancient burrows to bring ruin upon the dwarves.

Drums sound in the deep as swords are drawn, bowstrings pulled, and the armies of dwarves and orcs prepare for battle. Which side will you choose?

    Elysium is a small Java server that just reopened with a fresh setup at the start of November. It is aimed at 18+ players and it runs as a chill community with a whitelist.

    There are three main worlds. Survival is a 1.21.10 world with a 10k by 10k border. It has mcMMO skills and an online map you can open with the ingame command. Most teleport commands are off so it feels more vanilla and people use Nether roof travel instead. There is also a shopping district at spawn where players can make chest shops and diamonds are the money.

    Plots gives you 85 by 85 build plots so your creative stuff stays safe. You start with one plot and you can earn more by moving up build ranks.

    Creative is a superflat freebuild world for bigger community builds and higher rank builders. You can build together if everyone agrees. Changing other peoples builds without permission is not allowed. There is also a Hub world for traveling with /spawn or /hub plus a Creative2 world that is a perk for build ranks.

    The server uses DiscordSRV so the Minecraft chat can connect with the Discord chat and it can sync nicknames too.

    Crafted Survival is a semi vanilla SMP that is all about community and building stuff together. It also has an economy that uses diamonds so trading feels simple and fair.

    People can claim land to protect builds using golden shovels so you do not have to worry about griefing. It is true survival and it is mostly PvE and there is no keep inventory.

    There are player shops plus a shops GUI so you can browse or set up your own shop fast. The server also runs active events each week and the community is meant to be welcoming.

    Java and Bedrock can play together. There is a live world map you can view in a browser and there are separate resource worlds so the main world stays cleaner. You can also get ranks and vote rewards just by playing.

    Mythvale is a new Java server that is launching soon and it is all about town wars that actually have structure.

    I found that it is not trying to be random raiding chaos. Wars follow rules and you do not lose your land forever. Towns fight for money influence and dominance through SiegeWar. It also says there is no offline land loss so builders are not punished for having a life.

    The map is custom built terrain and the world is meant to be permanent. They plan to expand later by adding new continents over time.

    It has Towny claiming SiegeWar with scheduled and open conflicts a player driven shop economy balanced progression and vanilla combat with a simple beast kit. They are also looking for founding towns war leaders staff members and long term players from day one.
