Headrest SMP is a survival world where people build and also fight. It is a paper server on version 1.20.10 and it has some simple quality of life plugins.
The server has a safe zone at spawn so players can relax and build shops. People can talk to each other there using a simple voice chat plugin.
There are plugins for combat like no elytra while fighting and combat logging protection. The server feels focused on PvP and wars but still lets you build and hang out with others.
The community wants to be friendly and tight knit. You can make friends join wars or even betray others if you want. The server runs on strong hardware with 20GB of ram and a 5800x3d cpu so it is made to avoid lag.

This server is called North Survival and it is getting ready for Season 3. It is a semi vanilla world with pvp so it feels close to normal Minecraft but still has some useful features.
There is click villagers so trading is easy and not super annoying. You can use rtp to find a new spot fast so you do not have to run forever to build a base. There is tpa so you can teleport and play with your friends right away.
The server has a custom ui and a protected spawn so the main area stays safe. It also says it has stable performance so it should not lag a lot. The version is 1.21.11 and it supports all 1.21.x clients so new features are there.
The server is looking for new players for a fresh start and to grow the community. If you want a new world with simple survival and some helpful commands this is what it offers.

Jutenja SMP is a new Java world and they are building a big spawn island right now. This island is the first place everyone will see when they join so they want it to feel really cool and welcoming.
The server is not open yet. They are going to open it to the public after the spawn island is finished. So right now it feels like watching a world get built from the very start.
They also want the community to help decide the name of the island. You can suggest names and kind of help shape how the server feels in the future.

The Pen is a classic prison server that feels like old school 2014 Minecraft. It is not an OP prison at all. You start with basic tools and leather armor and you really have to grind to rank up.
You mine your ores then you have to smelt them yourself and walk through pvp areas to reach the commissary and sell. There is no instant sell. Swords and potions are illegal so if guards see you with them they will fight you. Guards can even throw you into solitary confinement if you act up.
The rank path goes from A all the way to Parolee and then Citizen. When you get to top rank you can prestige and get special rewards. After you become a parolee you can leave the main prison and build a farm to make even more money.
There are lots of ways to earn money like mining fishing growing illegal plants in your cell or making your own shop. You can rent a prison cell or a bigger plot where you store your stuff grow contraband or run a small shop. There are quests you can do for extra cash and special items. There is also an auction house and a bounty system where you can place or claim bounties on enemies.
The server is focused on grinding pvp and community. It is barebones and very nostalgic on purpose and it feels like the old days of prison servers.

This is a modded survival server running All The Mods 10. It is set up as a PVE world so players focus on progression building and tinkering instead of fighting each other.
The server is whitelisted and meant for a small steady group of players. There are people from North America and some from Europe so there is usually someone online doing stuff.
Claims and forceloads are enabled so bases stay safe. You can earn more claim space as you play and if you are working on a big build you can ask staff for extra claims.
The world is survival with PvP turned off. It is hosted on a dedicated machine with a lot of RAM so it is made to handle a modpack like ATM10 for the long term.
