The Pen MC is a classic prison server that feels like the older 2014 style. It is barebones and focused on grinding and surviving instead of getting overpowered fast.
You rank up from A to H and then you can reach Parole. After you max ranks you can prestige and you get to pick how you keep progressing. You can mine the classic way where you smelt ores yourself and you take risky trips through pvp zones to sell. You can also go for custom fishing for good money and rewards. There is a mob arena with waves and boss fights for people who want combat money and shards.
There is also a cookie farming bakery system where you farm wheat and cocoa then bake cookies with custom mechanics. It has long term cookie quests leaderboards and you can turn cookies into higher tier rewards.
The server has guards that enforce contraband rules plus illegal crops for high risk high reward. You can rent cells and plots use the auction house set bounties and deal with solitary confinement and parkour challenges.
